He went on to hold leadership roles at Peerless Products, Traco Windows and Doors, and most recently served as Vice President of McInerney & Associates until 2023. Mike’s expertise spans plant operations, sales, and architectural consulting, and he now leads Pinnacle Glazing Company with a focus on precision and performance.
Together, Mike and his partners have successfully delivered complex glazing projects across Texas and the Southeast, including over 20 K-12 school renovations, major university buildings, historical restorations, and high-rise new construction up to 40 stories.
